Refund policy

  1. Custom cosplay/ orders are non refundable.
  2. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Sellerthrough the Store within 14 days without giving any reason.
  3. The term to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of purchase
  4. We do not return money after 14 days, there is a possibility to freeze the payment andcontinue at another time, or spread the payment into more installments
